by Jenny Chissus
Our Seldovia basketball teams received an enthusiastic welcome home as they came in on the Tusty today! Banners, pom poms, horns honking and lots of folks came down to the city dock to welcome both our girls and boys teams home! The day couldn’t have been more glorious, blue skies and bright sun made it the perfect homecoming! Congratulations Otters for a tournament well played!
Congratulations to our boys for their accomplishment – #1 in the Region!!! Next stop… STATE COMPETITION!
Thanks to all the folks who came out to welcome our teams home! Special thanks to Camille for a super sign, and the Swearingen Family who came with amazing signs to celebrate both teams successes! It is fun to be a part of a community that shows up for our kids! Memories are made here….
