Ambulance/ EMS: EMS Chief is Lisa O'Leary. The ambulance is certified with the State of Alaska as a "Basic Life Support Ambulance with Advanced Life Support sometimes available." EMT III's: Lisa O'Leary, Debbie Hecks EMT II's: Mary Jo Stanley, Alix Chartier, Gerry Patrick, Bobby Gese EMT I's: Sera Baxter, Pete Wilber Medical Director: Larry Reynolds, MD	Courses are available: AED through the State of Alaska, American Heart Association CPR, Medic First Aid, Emergency Trauma Technician, Emergency Medical Technician classes and continuing medical education for EMS personnel is available. Community programs are available through the Volunteer Fire Dept. and EMS: Bicycle helmets are provided free of charge to community residents. Infant and child car seat safety checks are performed. Chimney brush is available via a loaner program to local residents. Carbon monoxide detectors are available on loan for 48 hours to local residents. Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are available for purchase (at cost purchase).
